Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.  Please note that we cannot ship to several states.  Here are some states where we cannot ship:

Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, IL, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.

Please Note:

1. Free Shipping promotions exclude AK & HI.
2. For in-store pick-up orders, we honor online prices only if you are ordering 3 or more bottles

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Any orders returned as a result of our  error will be fully refunded including the shipping charges. All other unopened returns are subject to 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Returns should have all the contents in the bottles with the original corks, we cannot accept empty bottles.

Shipping charges will not be refunded if no adult is present to sign and receive the orders. FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times. If no one is home, FedEx will return the package to us and you will be liable for 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge plus the shipping charge to return it to us.


Adult Signature Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to Ritzy Spirits  that you and the person receiving the order are at least 21 years old. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age, and a signature is absolutely required at the time of delivery.

 

Important

**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Ritzy Spirits® to the purchaser in the state of New Jersey at the time Ritzy Spirits® removes the purchased items from stock and designates the order for shipping and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of the purchased item or items to his/her home whether in New Jersey or another state. The risk of loss for all purchased items also passes from Ritzy Spirits® to the purchaser in the same manner and at the same time title passes to the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Ritzy Spirits®, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
